Pinkbike Academy Season 3, Episode 10: A Winner Is Crowned
That was unfortunate that two women were eliminated first so we were in suspense over which of three white men would be selected. I am also disappointed that all contestants that did not speak English as a first language were eliminated based on their social media presence. Mountain biking needs to solve its diversity and inclusion problems, but this season of the Pinkbike Academy has exacerbated them. I think Pinkbike should solicit more input from diverse riders to avoid this in the future. It appears that Pinkbike tried to appear inclusive to gain recognition for being diverse, but in the end they were not supportive and understanding the differences among people from different cultures/backgrounds/genders. This is counter active to to improving diversity in mountain biking.

Norco Sight C3 29 - Small, Like New, Price reduced

$4000 USD
Selling my beautiful 2021 Norco Sight C3 29, size small (MSRP $4899). $4000 firm gets you this like new bike for $1200 less than retail + taxes. If you are a shorter rider looking for a confidence inspiring enduro machine, then this is the bike for you! This bike excels when pointed downhill over rocky terrain, and it will still get you up the hill or out on longer rides with good pedaling efficiency with the shock in the trail setting. I found myself riding with the shock locked out over 50% of the time and had to come to terms with the fact that while the bike is beautiful, it does not suit my riding style. I am hoping to find it a new home where it can get the appreciation it deserves. I would consider trading it for a small trail bike with comparable MSRP/condition (Scott Contessa Spark 910 or similar). The deets: This bike truly is like new. Drivetrain and tires are brand new/unridden, wheelset only has about 50 miles on it, and the frame is Ride Wrapped and has only very minor cosmetic imperfections from one season of riding (visible in pictures). The fork has had the 50 hour service and the stanchions are scratch-free. Everything is stock, except for the stem (Synchros, 40mm/31.8mm), handlebars (Synchros, 800 mm), grips (Bontrager) and tires (Assegai/Dissector 2.6), all brand new. The custom-glittered Norco logo on the front triangle looks awesome in the sun (see pictures), but it can be removed by removing the Ride Wrap if you don't like glitter for some reason. Stock build listed here: https://www.norco.com/bikes/2021/mountain/all-mountain/sight/sight-c3/

Video: A Town Embraces MTB After Tragedy in 'From Slide to Ride' - Race Face Creator Series
I love that mountain biking is doing positive things for this community. I would feel even more compelled to visit if the video featured at least one female rider.
