Review: Maxxis's New Forekaster Tire is Heavier & Better Than The Original
I have weighted two GC grid 29x2.3, one was 915g and the other 900ish. They are nice but really heavy

Review: Maxxis's New Forekaster Tire is Heavier & Better Than The Original
@jymontoya: I have 2 Nevegal 2 EMC and one Hellkat ATC and while I agree with most of you said (I have been very happy with the weight, strength and grip) all 3 tires have developed some wobble after a couple of months. I had to throw one Nevegal away because it was just too much vibration. I had this phenomenon on some old Maxxis dual exo in the past but nothing with other brands like Spe, Continental or newest Maxxis

Video: Kirsten Van Horne with Trail Dog in Tow is a Deadly Combo
I don't think it is a good idea to promote that "trail dog" instagram trend fanciness show up. I have met more than once in the Alps riders with a go pro stuck on the head who think they can do the same on crowded mtb trails with the dog being on the way of other riders and without a very good dog control. It is extremely dangerous for the other riders and for the dogs themselves. And in places with wildlife going fast like that also triggers the dog hunting instinct. Context: I have a sheep dog myself and I enjoy mtb with her, but always at her pace and in a controlled manner. If I want to shred mtb trails full speed I bring a human buddy with instead.
