Pinkbike Poll: If You Had to Ride One Bike for the Rest of Your Life, What Would It Be?
My son and I where chatting this up in the garage yesterday. You should have had a option for a rowdy hardtail with a 140/ 160 fork option. As much as I love jumping on my squish bike after fall, winter hard tail rides, my Rootdown is always a reliable and amazingly fun rally car ride that always brings on a smile. I don't think I would call a relaxed geo 120 front hardtail as well. Two steads in the shed Trophy Truck 29er and Rally car 29er. Thanks Pinkbike for all the fun articles, coverage, and Taj's comic strip art on Sundays. You put the party in pandemic, and made the news I choose to read more enjoyable.

Oct 15, 2018Transition Covert 29 XL
$1200 USD2014 Transition Covert 29 Xl Stealth(dark grey) 140mm , Listed for sale is my 2014 Covert 29. I rode my original for 2 years then cracked the lower chain stay, The frame and chain stay where replaced under warranty. It has 1 yr of riding on it. I have the Fox CTD installed on it( fresh service and rebuild) , I have a Rock Shox Vivd R2C with a 500# coil for a additional $200 if you don't mind the extra weight and pedal bob on the climbs. In regards to size vs modern geo and sizing, it would be closer to a large by today's standards. The bike has been regularly maintained, has the largest volume reducer available for the Fox CTD. Asking $1200 USD cash, no trades. This would be a great first bike for some one to try, or a replacement for something pre 2014. Throw a 35mm stem and run it as a Large , pick up the Vivid for $200 and go as hard as you want, keep the CTD and keep it light.

The New Five Ten x Adidas Shoes Explained - Eurobike 2018
I went to there sight to confirm my fears about this merge of companies. For all you Sasquatch big foot dudes out there they no longer make size 14 shoes. I have enjoyed there awesome traction on flats and have been riding there clipless shoes but looks like no longer will be a option. Looks like Specialized will be the biggest offering out there.
