@smootherthenyou: Ah not sure if this has been pointed out, but if you bought a bike with a 26 or 27.5 wheel, you can't fit one of them new fangled 29s in.
So once 32s are all the rage and we have 120x20mm on the front and 157mm on the back just jam them on in.

@Bro-LanDog: Well out of boredom I looked up a 1990 Camry vs a 2026 Camry. Total diameter increase in 36 years, 56mm. Or less than double the difference between 26 and 27.5

@smootherthenyou: Yep that's fair enough. The thing is, someone like Toyota sell so many Corollas they can get away with speccing a different wheel or brake pad size.
