@danstonQ: You’re right. I have to swap in a charged spare battery every once in a while.
But outside of that, I have literally never had to touch the thing in the 100’s of rides I’ve used it on.

This post is a pretty solid move forward from the price of a Reverb AXS.
I bought a used bike that came with an AXS post and I’ll never go back to cable actuated. It just works perfectly with zero maintenance ever.

@Fill-Freakin: For many years I just pumped my tires up to "hard" and weighed less than 170lb. Only recently tried pumping them up to "softish".

@dododuzzi: Sure, that would also be a realistic representation of a sample size of one.
But, just because it's a sample size of one doesn't mean it's useless. For instance, if I were considering purchasing a new vehicle, I would find a review from a professional car journalist more valuable than an anecdotal review from my neighbor who bought that vehicle.
All this being said, I like to read. Reading about bikes is fun. If it is not fun for you, do not do it. But that's coming from a sample size of one, ye be warned.
