@thatguy404: Fair point - That’ll be because we don’t apply a coating from factory. All materials have a ‘wet out’ point where they stop being water resistant and start absorbing. If you wash them in a coating like Nikwax or similar, you can get the surface water to run off for longer and they’ll not wet out anywhere near as easily. We don’t sell them with those coatings already on because they’re temporary and need to be reapplied to maintain performance. The materials we use are very water resistant but nothings perfect, and in heavy rain they can benefit from a coating :-).

Agreed, they're great in the winter mud though. Try the Enduro pants, they are very breathable and are still tough enough for DH - our junior World cup racers choose to race in those rather than the Gravity pant for that reason.
