Video: Friday Fails #313
When they first put that new sidelip, it was way too short and poppy for the speed. I watched a very good rider eat it on that thing right after they added it. There was a LOT of bs added to GT until some “real” trail builders came through and fixed it.

Review: Fox Float X2 - Shock Week 2023
This article treated the reliability issue with kid gloves. C'mon pinkbike, give it to em.
My 2022 X2 on a Spire blew up randomly one day. I can at least thank Fox for getting me on the Eleven6 with the X2 as my (tenuous) spare when the Push is in for service.
What a joke. The only likely reason Fox won't tell the public WHAT was actually wrong with the X2 is the inevitable class-action lawsuit for continuing to sell a product that is "fixed this time, we pinky promise swear." Meanwhile, they're still forcing unfortunate customers to shell out hefty shipping costs and priceless bike downtime due to their incompetence.
Fox needs to do the right thing and come clean. What was wrong with the X2? And will you replace every defective shock? I won't hold my breath.

Review: Fox Float X2 - Shock Week 2023
Ditto to the X2 on a 2022 Spire. Except I went with Push Eleven6 and the warrantied X2 is my spare for when the coil goes in for regular service. I still wince during that 1-2 week stretch every time I ride any feature bigger than a pebble, knowing the X2 could blow up at any moment, for like.... literally no reason.

Review: Hope HB.916 - Better Late Than Never
Lmao. A seatstay bridge that will clash with the seat tube during a bottom-out? What year is it... 2004? How this bike made it to production is baffling. To add insult to injury, that near-zero tire clearance was designed by a British company. Then add to all of this a seatclamp that broke (I've been riding 25+ years and never had that happen) and a downtube compartment whose closure rattles, etc. Seb seemed intent on focusing all of the woes on the Ohlins suspension (criticism warranted, no doubt) but the first sentence of this article should have been "Try again, Hope!"

Review: Hope HB.916 - Better Late Than Never
Top enduro riders in the UK don't have to sweat if their seatstay bridge cracks their seat tube when it bottoms out. Everyone else does. Same (but less so) when a seatpost clamp on a new bike snaps. What a joke. This bike should have never made it to production with these issues.
