Pinkbike Poll: Do Your Hands or Arms Hurt When You Ride?
I have fairly severe arthritis in my wrists and thumb joints. As it progressively gets worse I look for better grips and more compliant bars to keep me on the bike. I’ve started running PNW carbon/compliant bars and Ergon G3 grips that seem to help a bit but I’d like to know if anyone else with bad arthritis has found something that helps.

Brutal and painful injury. I did this in 2018. Worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Stuck on a hill for 3 hours— heal up brother!

Review: Roval Control Alloy 350 6B XC Wheels
I’d be interested to see how these fair against the less expensive and slightly lighter Hunt XC Wide wheels. I’ve been running those for a while and really like them. Nice review!

Video: Practice Footage from the Nove Mesto XC World Cup 2024
I know I’ll get beat up for this question but does Lycra really offer an advantage in XC MTB? I race XC and enduro - obviously nowhere near this level as I completely suck at bikes but modern riding gear is just as light and comfortable in my opinion. Seeing some of the technical sections of these courses reminds me of regular Enduro courses that will shred you if you fall. I don’t hate on folks that wear Lycra but sometimes I wonder if more people would get into XC it if Lycra wasn’t such a big part of it.

I got these for Christmas and I didn’t wear them untill the last day or so and they don’t fit. They are in brand new condition. They are supposed to be great shoes but they are too small for me. I have rode less than 10 miles in them.
