RockShox's Updated Reverb Stealth Gets the Squishy Post-Fixing Vent Valve
what sets the reverb apart is not the hydraulics. What sets it apart how reliably unreliable it is.

Revonte's New E-bike Motor with Stepless Gearing Eliminates the Rear Derailleur
I think the most common problem is the ratio being too hard when coasting high speed into a steep hill. The good thing is that since there is no changing of gears the CVT can change the ratio very fast and under power. So if it was in a too easy ratio compared to the speed i do not think you would consider it a problem even if you could notice it. I think this technology will be most effective in roadbikes and commuter bikes at first, untill they have perfected the technology for mtb. The downside for CVT is that it is not as effective as a normal gearbox or derailleur gearing, but it kind of makes up for this shortfall by letting the engine work at its most effective range at all times or peak power when needed. This is most definetely the future for most e-bikes.

7 of the Best Mountain Bike Lights Ridden & Rated
Yeah, they make nice lights. Too bad they only work in summertime. I have an XS, and in winter you can never get it to work at max output. Apart from that it is a very good light. the best thing about them is the different lenses you can use to tailor the beam to your needs.

Annika Langvad Joins Boels Dolmans Road Cycling Team
Not to take anything away from Langvads academic achievements, but I do not think she is has a doctors degree. I believe she has got a masters degree in odontology. Anyway I hope she does well in road cycling as well as xc. That woman is a machine. If she can get a little more confidence in her decending then she will be difficult to beat next season.

Exclusive: Richie Rude & Jared Graves Failed Drug Test at EWS France
@chriskneeland: I agree that this would be a problem for amateur athletes. But for professionals, especially those who have a team that can pay for testing, just taking a supplement you dont know is safe to use is unfortunately inexcuseable in my view. Also alot of different nations sports federations and antio doping agencys do test supplements and food and release list that show what is tested. and some test supplements for athletes so they can be safer when using them. Also many manufacturers of supplements take anti doping very seriously and get independent testing of all or most of their products. This is of course no guarantee, and accidents can still happen, but it makes it safer. We dont know what has gone wrong in this incident. and i consider the athletes innocent till they have gotten a sentence. And they will get the chance to prove their innocence. But in general it is the athletes responsibility to be sure that what they eat is clean and free from illegal substances. Pro atheltes in particular have a lot of tools available to them to prevent these problems and therefore should have stricter diligence requirements. But also amateur atletes can do measures to minimise the risk of eating contaminated food or supplements. If athletes are not sure about a product, then they should not eat it.

Don't think anybody uses the metric system anymore. Most countries uses SI-units now, and have been using it for probably 40-50 years.

Trek Full Stache - First Ride
This is a very interesting bike. Think this would work nicely here in the mountains. Especially where there are no trails. I would very much like to try this one.
