Video: Friday Fails #413
#10 - keep walking, that is going to sting for awhile. #26 - that friend/significant other that didn't keep that gal from falling off the skinny is in some serious trouble.... #37 - does your bike have brakes? Why are you using your feet?!?! Total panic mode! Some serious OTB action this week!

First Ride: Norco Fluid A1 - Don't Mess With a Winning Recipe
I like that they added a size for this version - 5 sizes instead of 4. As a 5'10" rider that always seems to be between M and L, that S3 is a M/L size that looks like a perfect fit.

Head to Head: 2026 Santa Cruz Tallboy vs. 2020 Norco Optic
I have no experience with coil shocks. I assume the spring needed is based on the riders weight and riding conditions?

@Junkbox: Thanks for the feedback Junkbox, I appreciate it. Someone has an Optic for sale with that shock, I might need to reach out to them!

Anyone try a Cane Creek Coil IL Short Travel Shock on their Optic? If so, how did it ride? Thanks!

Comparison of these 2 bikes to the '21-'24 Stumpjumper (non-evo) besides the Stumpy being a flex-stay. Thanks!

Review: The Forbidden Reya Throws Conventional XC Geometry Out the Window
@slayersxc17: Thanks for chiming in. Yeah, I really couldn’t go wrong with either bike, everyone seems to love both.

Review: The Forbidden Reya Throws Conventional XC Geometry Out the Window
@bmied31: Thanks! That is really helpful. I’m in the Twin Cities area and also ride the CAMBA trails a lot, so not a lot of sustained chunk. I do some long days on CAMBA trails and also enjoy jumps and features, but nothing too crazy.

Review: The Forbidden Reya Throws Conventional XC Geometry Out the Window
@bmied31: I’m got a line on a 2023 Optic and 2023 Stumpy (non evo) and am trying to decide which one with only a parking lot ride. Could you please compare them? I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Midwest rider as well, btw.
