Ironhorse Sunday Expert Medium with Fox 40

I'm selling my 2008 Iron Horse Sunday Expert 17" that I've had since new and upgraded appropriately. I had the fork re-built in 2011 by Andy at Highland and it has seen about 10 rides since. Also in 2011 it had all new bushings installed in the rear of the frame, as well as a DU bushing.
Main upgrades:
2006 Fox 40, upgraded to a 2008 40RC2 by Fox, rebuilt in 2011 with direct mount stem
Hayes Stroker Ace front brakes
Avid Code rear brakes
SLX rear derailleur
Azonic Outlaw Wheelset (newer style)
A few sets of Maxxis Ardent tires in various sizes
THE DH seat

Only bike related trade I'll consider is a 140mm AM fork + cash and/or a set of 135mm AM wheels.
