Brice Shirbach Explores Québec’s Legendary Mountain Bike Scene
Rose VBN and SDM a few summers ago. The trails are awesome! Going back this summer for another round. They are addicting and some of the best in North America.

@blacker-canyons: That's cool of them to do that. I see no Transitions in Canada. Like, none. But a lot of SC and Kona and even some Chromag. All good brands. I'm sure TR is OK, but I just don't see them other than their feeble marketing videos geared towards Hipsters. So cheesy.

Mike Sinyard & Matt Hunter Search for Mushrooms with Paul Stamets
Yeah man! I'm with you 100%. I have been interested in mushrooms since the first trip I had on them. Fast forward 30 years, and I now understand WAY more about them and their health benefits for humans. I started taking Cordyceps (mushroom) in a powder and tablet form. They help with V02, awareness and are great for endurance athletes. I thought why not... man, it helps me with my riding as well as with my work life. Staying roughly 3% more energized at all times and they help in recovery during cycling/running. Works for me. Shrooms are the future for dimentia!
