@ryridebike: my interpretation of the constitution is that the states have all the power because that is where Land Ownership happens. The federal government going into the states to enforce immigration laws that essentially are not even constitutional. The border has been open for 400 years. Really the federal government is going into states because the states are misappropriating funds to non-citizens that the federal government should never have given to the states in the first place. So if you are mad that our money goes to non-citizens then you shouldn’t have given so much power to the federal government.
