Realistically Thats would be pointless because the systems can be remapped. The cat is out the bag. Mountain bikes and mountain biking are no longer what they were.
I was on a local bike association social ride recently. The majority of people were on e-bikes and riding trails in an area where e-bikes are prohibited. I can’t help but wonder why they don’t get surrons and just tell people they are e-bikes. It’s not like the people in the e-bikes arent the same people who build and maintain the sanctioned trails. It’s all bollocks

It is ridiculous that suspension parts are so difficult to work on for the home mechanic. Formula, manitou and DVO I believe are easy to work on at home with very few special tools
