to be fair, juniors and U17 even are getting faster than Elites but in these races, cause you dont have the elites and juniors that attend the WC, typically.. but all the arguments of the wider base is true..in the end you have the fastest U17 in the world, araguably, against not the fastest junior/elites in the world.. if that makes sense.. That Norwegian girl is crazy fast... same applies to the U17 winner, scratch winner.. but if you know the french scene, Quentin has been a phenom for a good 3-4 years , I remember him winning the scratch at Kids races as a U13..

@vinay: you just enroll to these continental series, provided you have a valid UCI license, no pre-requisite.. regarding thec ompetitions for everyone else, Isa is not part of the "everyone else" though.; ).
