Simons.Lab Introduces Aftermarket Fork Damper With Externally Adjustable Compression & Rebound Tunes
If these are the actual damping forces vs shaft speed; it is quite impressive. Usually damping forces are non-linear and can get quite exponential when closing the damper. Only exception I can think of is the Vorsprung Rapid Revalve, which is very clever.

The goal is not to give you multiple bikes; it’s to sell multiple persons a bike they want. Everyone has an opinion on their preferred geometry and thinks a bike is unrideable if the chainstay deviates by 3mm from their preference.

Flex is another concern with short headtubes.
Bearings are happier the further apart they are from each others.

Steerer is 195+ mm long
Mostly for parts:
- Damper in excellent condition. Serviced by Suspension Werx.
- Uppers in decent condition. No scratches on stanchions, but a rack mark on the crown.
- Lowers need to be replaced. The pinch bolt is cracked and the bushings are worn out.
- I believe there’s a blue spring in there + two extra white springs included.
