Does anyone know if this includes exclusivity? If so, this is mega bad for mountain biking because it sets precedence for them to gobble up good tracks in the future by throwing money at them and keeping competitors out.

@bman33: I see signs often advertising old containers for about that money. I had a client that turned one into a pool house with commercial windows and a mini split. This is in the US. No link, it's usually a phone number or business name but there has to be a site for them somewhere.
