176km on the Battery/Drive Unit. All updated to latest Shimano firmware. It'll go 60km on Trail mode (620wh battery). For a full sized Ebike, it's remarkably playful and you barely notice the weight on the descents. Sadly, I don't ride it enough and need the space. Would be willing to revert upgrades back to stock to fit into your budget.
