@teo7z: I went paddleboarding with my GF recently. We were both on my board. I then bought an extra board.

Spotted: Yeti's New 6-Bar Enduro Bike
Sell feet pictures and if you're hot enough used chamois. And I am assuming you're a dude. Just go for it.

Rockintor Launches AirVora Pedaling Armor System
@LM-CZ: My last FF for DH was all white. New one is all black but I only wear it in the mountains where the highs might be 27C so not really too bad. I don't wear black though for my everyday lid where temps could be 10C or 51C throughout the year.

Video: How a Virginia College Town Quietly Built an Appalachian MTB Paradise
The write up and pictures are kind of sad and make it look like they are getting rid of the good tech and buffing it out. Similar to what is happening in many places. Bikes are getting more capable, trails are getting mellower. Good to get your perspective that there are still going to be plenty of tech trails within the system. Chances of me ever going there and riding are about at 3% though so my opinion on their trail system means squato.

Canyon & Pinkbike Launch Search to Find Global Trail Building Heroes
@betsie: this is pretty much exactly it. I also have our trail advocacy group post the updates too and use FB for a wider reach. For on trail line changes that could get someone hurt we use pink or yellow pin flags leading up to the change. I've actually been 'dumbing down' our most difficult trail with B lines that are still big black or almost double blacks on our double black trail. We have a new spur coming off the trail and before we put another 1000 hours into a hand build I'd like more people to ride what we have and in turn get them involved with the maintenance. I'm still making new scary and dumb lines along the way on existing trails.

Throwback Thursday: 'Life Cycles' - The Greatest Mountain Bike Movie Ever Made?
its was the unnecessary voice over and almost forced story telling. It started with ROAM, which is amazing, and Life Cycles jumped the shark for me. Great cinematography though and scenes I remember now having not watched it in 10 years. Where as ROAM gets watched every year and the sound track starts every road trip to a park.

Canyon & Pinkbike Launch Search to Find Global Trail Building Heroes
I only do it for the glory of the gram. My 200 followers need those trail updates. I'm somewhat of a big deal around these parts. In a city of 7 million, I'm kind of crushing it. Every like just motivates me more. But for reals the glory is seeing or hearing people enjoy what is built from hoots as they ride it to "what the f*ck was that feature" later over pints. Makes the heart glow.

What Are People Riding in the Whistler Bike Park in 2026? - Annual Opening Day Survey
@zanda23: I rode a Nomad, Commencal Supreme, and V10 at Angel Fire. The V10 feels like it has to be ridden like a race bike. The Supreme was easy to get on and go fast. Cruise around no problem, its fast. Push it and it went faster never losing confidence. The V10 only came alive and felt right when pushed. Nomad was what I had before deciding to buy a DH bike after the rentals.
