SRAM XX1 AXS Derailleur

$200 USD
SRAM XX1 AXS derailleur for 10-50 or 10-52t cassettes. Cosmetically, this derailleur has seen its fair share of battle, but as far as I can tell, it's still perfectly straight, the servo motor is as strong as day one, and it shifts just as you'd expect it to. When cleaning it for the sale, I found that the upper pulley wheel has a crack running from center to edge. I have no idea how long it had been running like this, but you can either superglue it back together or just buy a new set. One picture (mounted/assembled) shows the crack as is, and the other (pulley wheel in hand) is with me applying a bending load to better show the crack. Battery and shifter/remote are not included, but I'd be happy to hop on a video call to demonstrate that the shifting all works as expected. Just let me know if you have any questions.

First Ride: Santa Cruz Heckler SL eMTB
Not exactly. Yes, this is still light for an e-bike, but if you're really doing an equal comparison, the top spec X0 AXS Reserve Bronson is 31.46 lbs (14.27 kg), and the equivalent spec Heckler SL is 41.92 lbs (19.01 kg), which is a 4.74 kg difference.

First Ride: SRAM's New GX Transmission
@mrbobsaget: The light on the derailleur turns red when it has ~5 hours left. I clean and lube my drivetrain after every ride, so it's really easy to catch that red light. Tallying up my miles between bikes, I have 8,273 miles on AXS and have never once had the derailleur battery die on me. I will admit though, I've had just two blunders in those 8,273 miles - I once forgot my battery at home on the charger, which isn't an issue with a spare battery - I take one off to charge, and the spare immediately goes on. And another time, the CR2032 in my shifter died, since I never look underneath the bar to check that light. I just keep a spare in my SWAT box on one bike, and taped under the saddle on my other bike without a SWAT box.

S3 Specialized S-Works Kenevo SL Coil and AXS

$6800 USD
Up for sale is my 2022 S-Works Kenevo SL. As with all of my bikes, this has been meticulously maintained - Suspension and dropper seals wiped clean after every ride, drivetrain cleaned and lubed after every ride, all bearings kept in smooth working order, and all bolts torqued to spec. The frame has been RideWrapped since day one, and there are no blemishes I could find to the paint. Motor has 149 miles - It's a new one that was replaced under warranty. The clutch stripped in the original one, which my shop says is the only one they've seen that happen to. Battery has 76 charge cycles and is at 100% health. Frame: 2022 Specialized S-Works Kenevo SL Fork: 2022 Fox 38 Factory Grip 2 - 170mm ***Update 7/1/2023 - Removed Smashpot, reinstalled stock 170mm air spring, and performed fresh lower service Shock: 2022 Fox DHX2 Factory with Sprindex - 390-430 lb/in Wheelset: Roval Traverse SL - DT240 Hubs with 36t Star Ratchet Tires: Maxxis 2.5 3CT EXO Assegai / 2.4 DC EXO DHRII Derailleur: X01 AXS Shifter: AXS Pod Ultimate Cassette: X01 Black Chain: XX1 Copper Crankset: Praxis Carbon 165 - Fully taped Chainring: Wolf Tooth 32t Pedals: Not included Stem: Deity Copperhead - 35mm clamp / 50mm length Bars: Roval Traverse SL Carbon - 800mm, 6° up / 8° back Grips: Deity Knuckleduster Saddle: Specialized Power Mimic Expert 143 Seatpost: OneUp Dropper V2 - 31.6 / 150 mm Dropper Lever: OneUp Brakes: SRAM Code RSC Discs: SRAM HS2 200 / 200 mm Pads: SRAM Sintered Extras: Will of course include charger, along with range extender and Y-cable ***UPDATE 7/1/2023 - Removed Smashpot, reinstalled stock 170mm air spring, performed fresh lower service, and dropped price. Please note that pics still show the Smashpot in the left leg, but it will not be included. As far as trades go, I'd be willing to trade for an equivalent spec Epic Evo, Tallboy, Blur TR or SB120. I already have a Stumpy Evo and Levo, so not interested in anything longer travel than these bikes. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
