Opinion: Don't Get Rid of the Ports - High End MTB Frames Should Still Work With Cable Operated Drivetrains
I'm personally an AXS Transmission convert (have it on all 4 mtb's) and don't care if a frame has or doesn't have drivetrain cable routing, but I can understand where people come from, as I love my OneUp and BikeYoke droppers, which are cable only. I had a Reverb AXS, which only lasted 100 miles before having to be sent back for warranty, and I sold it right away after that, so a frame without dropper cable routing would be a no go for me.

SRAM XX1 AXS Derailleur
$200 USDSRAM XX1 AXS derailleur for 10-50 or 10-52t cassettes.
Cosmetically, this derailleur has seen its fair share of battle, but as far as I can tell, it's still perfectly straight, the servo motor is as strong as day one, and it shifts just as you'd expect it to.
When cleaning it for the sale, I found that the upper pulley wheel has a crack running from center to edge. I have no idea how long it had been running like this, but you can either superglue it back together or just buy a new set. One picture (mounted/assembled) shows the crack as is, and the other (pulley wheel in hand) is with me applying a bending load to better show the crack.
Battery and shifter/remote are not included, but I'd be happy to hop on a video call to demonstrate that the shifting all works as expected.

Not exactly. Yes, this is still light for an e-bike, but if you're really doing an equal comparison, the top spec X0 AXS Reserve Bronson is 31.46 lbs (14.27 kg), and the equivalent spec Heckler SL is 41.92 lbs (19.01 kg), which is a 4.74 kg difference.

First Ride: SRAM's New GX Transmission
@mrbobsaget: The light on the derailleur turns red when it has ~5 hours left. I clean and lube my drivetrain after every ride, so it's really easy to catch that red light. Tallying up my miles between bikes, I have 8,273 miles on AXS and have never once had the derailleur battery die on me. I will admit though, I've had just two blunders in those 8,273 miles - I once forgot my battery at home on the charger, which isn't an issue with a spare battery - I take one off to charge, and the spare immediately goes on. And another time, the CR2032 in my shifter died, since I never look underneath the bar to check that light. I just keep a spare in my SWAT box on one bike, and taped under the saddle on my other bike without a SWAT box.
