Christopher Blevins Out of the South Korea World Cup with a Broken Collarbone
@dthomp325: I get it now - since athletes get injured all the time - it’s not a problem.

Christopher Blevins Out of the South Korea World Cup with a Broken Collarbone
Beginning to wonder if XCO courses are getting too dangerous? Maybe we should remind ourselves that the goal is not to injure and maim the participants. Both Victor and Christopher are missing round 1 due to injuries. Probably the two most capable riders as far as XC technical terrain. The weekend will likely end with a few more injuries and a couple of concussions. If courses continue the recent trend of becoming more and more technical- we may reach a point that the athletes are exposing themselves to too much risk. If this trickles down to weekend amateur racecourses- it will accelerate the decline of xc racing.

Trek Appears to be Rejoining the Flex-Stay ‘Cookie Cutter’ XC Bike Movement (Updated With More Photos)
@AndrewFleming: I feel fortunate to have grabbed a close out Sworks version of the flexstay stumpy. The new one is like an enduro bike. I ride xc and wanted a play bike that still had a nice pedaling platform. I bet I can get it down to 25 pounds with a few upgrades.

Tech Randoms: 2025 Lenzerheide XC World Cup
@Charliewinz: agree - but many of us dont ride on these super techy WC courses. Schwalbe has gone a bit heavy handed in beefing us their tire carcass (IMHO).

Tech Randoms II: Lenzerheide XC World Cup 2025
FOX response to Flight Attendant?? Surprised there is no mention here of the protype electronic control seen in the pics on the Cannondales. Would be great to know more about that. Is it open to working with any Power meter? Or is it purely terrain sensing and not related to rider pedaling/power?

Tech Randoms: 2025 Lenzerheide XC World Cup
@zepper: yeah, I would like to see some proper 'race day' tires from Schwalbe. They best in class tread patterns... but they have grown heavy and less supple in recent years.

@lagunabeachbikepark: For us in USA, do we need a paid (full TV) version of youtube to make this work?
