KHS CX550 Team Gravel / Cyclocross Bike (Medium)

$1949 USD
2016 KHS CX550 purchased new by me in spring of 2019. Size Medium. I got this bike for cyclocross but only ended up doing 2 races on it. Probably has 300 miles on it total, the vast majority done on road. Regrettably, I am just not using this bike enough to justify owning it. Sram Force CX1 groupset, FSA SLK cockpit / seatpost - Full top of the line This bike weighs in at 17.5 lbs fully built up. The FSA stem / bars combined with this frame makes for an incredibly stiff cockpit and pedaling platform. One of the smoothest bikes I've raced on. The stock wheels ride fantastic but aren't necessarily racing tubulars - with a set of race wheels you would have a seriously fast cyclocross bike. Or throw some wide gravel tires on and you have a gravel bike that can actually climb. Full specs / geometry: https://khsbicycles.com/bikes/cx550-16/\ *Bike will come with stock saddle *Seatpost has been upgraded to FSA SLK Gravel riders: if tan-wall tires are your thing, the stock tires can be included! Please contact me with any questions! Thanks for looking!

Cannondale Jekyll 3 Good Condition with EXTRAS

$1350 USD
2013 Cannondale Jekyll 3 Great all round bike. With a flip of the lever on the handlebar, the rear shock switches from 150mm to 90mm. Definitely helps on the climbs. I have raced a few Enduros and Super-D's and this bike is perfect. The bike is in perfect mechanical condition. There are cosmetic scratches from normal use. The seat post has many scratches - see picture. I love the bike, but am selling it because of two broken collarbones in the past year (I had to get surgery the second time, and cant ride until the metal plate comes out). NOTE: After these pictures were taken, I noticed the front brake housing leaking. I have ordered a completely new brake (same model as pictured), and will install it before shipment. I will include the original brake in the shipment as the caliper, lever, and pads are all still perfect. EXTRAS: BRAND NEW TIRES (Maxxis High Roller II and Minion DHF), new tube, BLEED KIT, extra chains (used, each with single broken link), brake pads, cannondale high pressure shock pump (for the Dyad), and all original manuals. Pedals not included If requested, I will install the new tires before shipping. Will ship anywhere, but buyer pays shipping. Local pickup is also an option. Zipcode = 06840 My number is listed, but please TEXT me as I don't receive calls during the day. SPECS: Frame: Cannondale Jekyll Smartformed Alloy 150/90mm Rear Suspension: Fox Dyad Rt2 150mm/90mm Front Suspension: Fox 32 Float CTD, 150mm, 15qr Wheels: Shimano mt8, tubeless ready Tires (the ones mounted in the pictures): Wtb Vigilante front and Moto rear. Tires (included): Maxxis High Roller II and Minion DHF Cranks: SRAM s1400, BB30, 36/22 Rear Derailleur: Shimano XT Shadow Plus Front Derailleur: SRAM X7 Shifters: Shimano SLX Brakes: Magura MT2 180mm rotor

8 Quick Yoga Stretches To Do At Work - Monthly Yoga with Abi
I had surgery done back in September for my second broken collarbone in three month (oops). If I had one tip, it would be to opt for a longer nerve block, certainly over 12 hours. Mine wore off pretty quickly post op, and I was hurting pretty good. After that, recovery is a breeze. Good luck!

Ugly, but functional. For example, my favorite feature is the hole in the visor, which allows sunlight to pass straight into the user's eyes.
