Course Preview: Montana Helenduro 2017

The Helenduro is North America's longest-running enduro race, and it's back for its ninth year. Curious about what the first round of the 2017 Montana Enduro Series is going to look like? Tony and TJ went out and got some previews of Stages 2 and 3 of Sunday's race in Helena, Montana, for everyone.
Stage 2:
This is a Helena classic: From the top of Mt. Ascension down Entertainment Trail all the way down to Davis Gulch.
Stage 3:
Descend Pinchot and TR trails down to Orofino Gulch. As an added bonus, this preview has Tony doing his best "Claudio at Rampage" impersonation!

It's my first time here and I can tell you, they sure are. There's loads of them too, and some of the locals have told me that the race course doesn't even represent all the good ones.

Drive up Lime Kiln Rd to Arrowroot Dr and you'll find a trailhead. Continue the road on bike until it becomes 2006 trail and climb to the summit of Ascension
