I have a question. I am trying to lower my DJ3 and When you take it all apart, do you only have to put the spacer in the left leg of the fork?

Hey would the bar clamp fit a 25.4 bar size? and what about the mount to the fork. Would it fit a mounain bike size or is it different. I wanna know cuz I wanna drop my stem down for more leverage.
