Jun 25, 2020Trek Slash 9.8 Size Large
$4000 CADSelling 2017 Slash 9.8, bike has been owned by a professional bike mechanic the entirety of its life and kept in great working condition. Suspension pivots, shock/fork, brakes, drivetrain, wheels and headset/bottom bracket have all been serviced regularly and replaced when necessary.
Notable changes to stock spec:
- hand built Stan’s Flow mk3 rims laced to Hope pro4 hubs with double butted spokes and brass nipples
- Shimano XT m8000 brakes and rotors
- Shimano XT m8000 derailleur with XTR M9000 shifter
- Rockshox Reverb B1 150mm dropper post with 1x lever
- Proffessional touches including heat shrink around cables/brake hose for sleeker cable routing, thread together wheels mfg. bottom bracket, custom chainstay protection and more.
**Disclaimer** - Bike is being sold with the stock Rockshox Super deluxe shock rather than the Fox DHX2 shown in pictures. The super deluxe is the ideal choice for most riders as the slash frame was designed for air shocks, however the bike is available with the coil shock for an increase in price.

Ask Pinkbike: A Stubborn Dropper Post, Bike Fitting, & Big Mud Tires
@Shreddywhip: 5mm of sag is definitely not Sram's tolerance. If your Reverb has any sag, air has slipped past the IFP, and the post requires a rebuild.
