First Ride: Pivot's New Firebird 29
157mm rider here and my size 17 shoes don't hit the CS and that is on a 16.7" long CS so I think you'll be ok.

First Ride: Pivot's New Firebird 29
Pivot needs to have a frame only option for their 157mm hub bikes, some of us have been riding that hub for years on our long travel 29ers.

Fox's New 36 Float GRIP2 Fork - First Ride
I agree. I had an original X2 and I need 290psi for it to run proper sag on my bike, then get it recalled and it now can only go up to 250psi and I can't use it on my bike. Now the new ones can hold 300psi again?! I called Fox and they said that it is not backwards compatible and they cannot send me a new can to put on my X2. They also won't trade in my new recalled X2 or really do anything for me to resolve this problem. Weak Fox, very weak.

I am concerned too, I am running 290 psi since June with no issues so far.

Gliders and Riders Clash Over Ski Trail Access
We have a group of guys who snowshoe our singletrack trails in order to ride our fatbikes. We hit all the rollers, jumps and berms like we do in the dirt. It is actually faster than in the dirt as the packed snow smooths out the tech which is fun, creating a different ride on the trails we love. If the snow gets too deep or we cannot get out to snowshoe it down we will ride the local snomobile trails which is not as fun but its fast and better than being on a trainer. There are xc ski guys that ride our singletrack trails too and there is mutual respect for both as we help groom the trail in our own way. As far as riding groomed nordic trails I am all set unless there is some flow and speed involved. The Kingdom Trails have Nordic and Fat specific groomed trails so why cannot some of the other resorts?

Video: The South Crew at Tignes Bikepark
Great video and amazing trail! Love how it flowed with the terrain of the mountain, would like to try it someday.
