Haha, no prob... I simply took that junky cast head portion out all together and used just the tube. Walmart has a pretty sweet one that I want that extends out both ends... like Darth Mals staff on Star Wars, lol! You just have to get creative with your attachments as far as the shovel head, rake, pick ax, etc go... I already had a few of those around that were setup for a quick tool setup, but they were FRIGGIN HEAVY, so I dumped those and went with a all-in-one setup that has fully paid off!
No ready-to-rock kits as of yet, had to sell EVERYTHING I owned to move here, but should be back up and running in a month or so!
Oh! And if you manage to get something thrown together, don't use a pin to hold your tool head in, use a bolt and a threaded knob of somesort. If the head isn't tight in the shaft it will tear the shaft apart. Found that out the hard way!
