The Robert Axle Project and Old Man Mountain are growing bicycle component manufacturers and wholesalers located in Bend, Oregon. We are looking for a stellar Content Creator & Community Manager to help grow our brands. We are two niche brands, but we have a big impact and get a lot done. This full-time position focuses on creating, curating, and managing digital content as well as engaging with the online community for both brands. You will also assist the Marketing Director with additional tasks. What you’ll be doing: Planning and strategy for digital content. Develop and lead digital content strategy that includes website content, blog posts, social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Content creation and asset management. Planning, sourcing, creating, curating and editing content for digital platforms including written copy, images, photos, and short format videos. Manage all assets in an organized fashion. Community management. Actively engage in online communities, representing our brands and product categories in a positive, fun, and professional manner. Customer service. Assist customer service by handling inquiries on our website’s live chat, social media platforms, and online communities. Public Relations and Media. Prospect continuously for online websites, blogs, vlogs, communities, and other outlets for our products. Work with writers, bloggers, vloggers, industry partners and other media to get reviews, product placements, backlinks, and stories. Athlete and ambassador program. Identify and manage sponsored athletes ensuring they follow through with agreed upon deliverables. Website. Assist with maintaining and updating content on our e-commerce websites. Evaluate and monitor content performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports. Perform data analytics by tracking, interpreting, and responding to audience engagement. Manage affiliate marketing.
