This User-Refillable Oil-Filled Fork Seal Could Improve the Sensitivity of Any Fork
What if I just use a hollow needle to inject oil through the dust seal into to the sponge ring? For me, using the same seal for years and doing the basic lower leg maintanance once or twice a year is enough. My 36 float with skf dust seals works more than perfectly.

3D printed Fox transfer actuator and other tortures
Mine destroyed completely, needed to design everything. I drilled a bigger hole to the base log and cut thread into it, to fix the 3d model.
So yeah it hacked to max :D
Btw the alumunium thread (on the base log) is fine, didn't have any mark with it. I was lucky enough.
