In good used condition. Could do with a tune up and service by new owner. Both tyres need replacing but I’ve left that to the new owner as it’s a personal choice what tyre you run.
Cosmetic damage as you’d expect.

I'm afraid transitionbandit is right mate, a hole is not cosmetic damage and these aren't worth £550. http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1285475/ they sold for £15 pound more than your asking with a couple of scuffs at a few months old. I'd come and pick these up with cash for £300.
