Video: Red Bull Hardline 2015 - Short Highlights
I've ridden Rampage a lot, I live 45 minutes away, and I've raced DH all over and it's 2 different worlds of riding requiring different bikes and strengths. I think Hardline will be dominated by racers the same way Rampage will be dominated by Freeriders. Would love to see more guys racing Hardline but the timing makes it hard to get more guys involved since they are all probably burned out and ready for vacation after World Champs.

Video: Red Bull Hardline 2015 - Short Highlights
I live 45 minutes from the Rampage site and I can tell you that there is a big difference in riding straight down a cliff in virgin and carrying speed through rocky/wet turns. I would say most of the Fest guys would have a hard time making it through the course on Hardline because they spend their time learning tricks and they aren't forced to learn to carry speed the way a racer is forced to. Don't get me wrong, you've got to go scary fast at Rampage, but it's usually in straight lines with few uphills or turns.
