Henry's Waffle House: All-Mountain Bikes Are Back, and They're More Pointless Than Ever
As a British rider I'm disgusted by Henry's comments in this article? What Brit with even an ounce of self integrity would under squeeze and over milk a cup of tea? By all means, intentionally miss bits when mowing the lawn, even the culinary roulette makes sense, but screwing up a cuppa, on purpose?! I hope the man stays in Canada, and may he be forever stuck on a 130mm travel frame.

Wiggle CRC Reported to be Bought by Frasers Group for Under £10 Million
@dotman: @inked-up-metalhead: Yes - more people voted to leave than stay No - it was not a legally binding referendum, therefore the threshold for mandate of "the will of the people" should have been >50% electorate or >65% of counted votes. Yes - I accept what's done is done, it got fucked, there's no un-fucking things now No - I don't think the lying twats who instigated this shitshow should get away with it. Yes - Brexit had a part to play in Wiggle CRC's downfall No - it's not entirely down to Brexit and/or COVID, there was serious mismanagement at play as well Mike Ashley is only the final nail in the coffin

Wiggle CRC Reported to be Bought by Frasers Group for Under £10 Million
@inked-up-metalhead: If you can cast you mind back through the years and BS, before the vote the referendum was touted as a non-binding "test of the mood of the people". After the vote it became "the will of the people" and the govt decided it was a mandate. Never forget, they moved the fucking goalposts.

Continental Nukeproof Factory Racing Looks to be Signing New Bike Sponsor
It's staggering to think that such a successful brand and operation was so deeply tied into the CRC/Wiggle corporate structure that their failure has impacted Nukeproof so heavily. Mike Ashley is always after brands to zombify for his Sports Direct empire, but Nukeproof feels/felt like it's so much more than a name to be slapped onto to OEM stuff, it is/was the products they produced, the customer service to end users and distributors, the interaction and development with athletes. All of that will end with M.A. and that is tragic.
