Rubbing disk

So I accidentally pulled my rear brake when the wheel was off. I tried to pry the pads back as far as I could but yet the disk still rubs. I adjusted the calliper so its in line. The wheel still spins pretty freely but the roof does get kinda hot just riding around on the streets without even squeezing the brakes. I'm going riding this weekend but will the drag be bad and neat up my brakes too much? Possibly boil the fluid? I'm using hayes stroker ryde
