Review: Schwalbe's Redesigned Tacky Chan Pro Radial Tire
Big Betty Super Gravity had a wooden feeling to me, which made me prefer Maxxis DD/DH tires. With the new Gravity Pro I switched to Schwalbe again, supple and good braking grip everywhere you need. Durability seems to be a tad better too.

Review: Schwalbe's Redesigned Tacky Chan Pro Radial Tire
I rode the Gravity Pro Radial Magic Mary US / Tack Chan Soft in a Trailpark that has a bit of pavement downhill after each lap. I was noticeably slower than my mates on comparable Maxxis oder Continental tires and had to pedal while drafting behind them. Grip is very good tho.

Still thinking about that this was already a DH bike with a relatively light cassette. It must be much worse with a big enduro cassette.
Assuming that a big cassette has twice the mass and 1.5 times the radius, approximation as a cylinder J=1/2*m*r² gives us 4.5 times the inertia. If the accelerations stay the same, we would see crank torque up to 90Nm, approaching the "true kickback" value.

Schwalbe Romy Tire Review: Impressive Comfort Without Sacrificing Speed
I believe the benefit of swapping from Maxxis tires to Schwalbe Radial is smaller than from old Schwalbe "Super Casing". For example I did not feel the need to increase pressure after swapping from High Roller III Maxxgrip to Magic Mary Radial Ultra Soft as a front tire.

@hamncheez: I was thinking the same, between Tacky Chan as a dedicated hardpack or rear tire and the Romy, Schwalbe made their first offering superflous.
