13 Cool Jobs in the Mountain Bike Industry Right Now
I hope they get some sweet pizza parties with some of those salaries. I’m pretty sure you would be homeless in Cumberland BC with a Canadian income that low.

First Ride: 2025 Norco Sight VLT eMTB - Less Weight, More Range
Last years Sight was 54 pounds and 14000 dollars in Canada. 49 pounds is not 20 percent lighter. Also, what about those people who bought a 14000 dollar bike last year only to have it replaced one year later. I guess they get to feel what it’s like to buy a luxury electric car and lose 50 percent of its value one year later.

Day 2 Randoms - Core Bike 2025
Totally random question. The Sight VLT current generation is 55 pounds about - how did they take 11 pounds out of that frame? There is no way the battery can be that much lighter, and the frame is not that much different than the current one. The current Sight is full of carbon, including the wheels and cranks - this seems unlikely to me.

Kate Courtney Announces Partnership with Rivian
She won’t be sending it too far in the Rivian. Consumer reports give it the worst vehicle rating out there, or the second worst. But that doesn’t matter for the lease.

Norco Announces New Sight VLT CX Dropping Spring 2025
Amazing looking bike, and I know it will be awesome. However; what about the people who spent 15 000 dollars Canadian money on the 2024 Sight, for it to be completely changed after only one year of production? And 20 percent lighter? That is a huge weight savings! The 2024 Sight is awesome too, but claimed 10 pounds lighter for the 2025? I would be some kind of grumpy if I paid full price on a 2024 right about now. Norco sure didn't think this one through imho.

The Complete 2021 Rocky Mountain Instinct Lineup Compared
Looking at these prices, I have to ask myself - and I'm sure I will be properly mocked for this: The Marin Alpine Trail XR comes in at below 5000.00, with a Lyrik and a coil shock. Also SLX and XT equipment. Why are these so expensive? Yes, no carbon, but the coil version of this bike is almost 10 000 dollars!

Bike Check: Wade Simmons' Rocky Mountain Pipedream - Crankworx Whistler 2019
There is absolutely no question that I would buy this bike in a second if I could. I though then and I still think now, Rocky Mountain is completely missing the boat on this one. It would sell like hot cakes to us older 90s era riders.

First Look: Marzocchi Bomber CR Coil Shock
So the most important part of this entire article has been ignored by everybody in the comment section. When is Rocky Mountain going to build me a Pipe dream? In the exact same colours as Wade has? This is the most awesome bike I have seen in years, and they won't build it. Too many people so keen on carbon fibre. Build me the Pipe dream.
