Video: Suspension Setup 101 With a ShockWiz
The best thing I ever did to improve my suppression set up skills was watching Vorsprung Tech Talks and using a set up sheet for most of a season. It was a pain in the ass to write down 15 settings before each ride but it really paid off.

The Interview: Greg Minnaar
@GOrtho: You are never to old to participate:). I like Greg's enduro comment. It is an inclusive format. The fast competitive guys go off the front and everybody else has a fun ride with a bit racing. It the best measure of all around mountain biking skill and its inclusiveness is good for the sport.

Maxxis, Schwalbe and Kenda Roll Out New Tires - Eurobike 2017
I really am having a hard time understanding plus tires. Plus size tires seems to have more rolling resistance making them feel slower to me. In loose rock they float instead of slice. They kind of feel like squishy fat bike tires and separate me from feeling what is going on with my contact patch. If I every suffer loses of traction its because of pilot error(unless of course I am "intentionally" drifting;) Could someone tell me what I am missing?

Claudio's Course Preview - Mont-Sainte-Anne DH World Cup 2017
Whatever his heart rate was it's impressive that he can ride a World Cup course and talk at all. I attempted a Claudio impression with my helmet cam the other day and it was pathetic. Go Claudio!
