@Jmac888: I wanted to add myself as another contrasting datapoint. I do totally understand your thoughts, but I go for as much drop as possible. My XL Top Fuel has a 210 post, and my S6 Sight has a 240. I find myself wanting even more drop on both, though insertion depth or seat tube length prevents it. I wish I could make my saddle and seat tube vanish at the push of the button, but we're not quite there yet.

It looks like the preload bolt is integrated, as is the top cap. So, there's no way to mount a tool. It does look like there might be enough clearance to tighten it without removing the bar though.
