I just bought a GasGas ECC6 at a super blowout price I couldn't turn down. It is actually a pretty solid bike so far.

@farkinoath: My Lions Gate stay was a huge issue with my insurance company since I am not a Canadian citizen. Apparently having a compound fracture is not worth hospital admission in their eyes and they refused to pay my medical bills. I ended up having to file a lawsuit against my insurance company over it. My insurance has international coverage, so the fact that I was in Canada was not an issue, they just came to the conclusion that my injury wasn't worth being admitted and having surgery to put by bones back inside my flesh, sew up the 4" cut and screw the bones together so I could fly home. I played their appeal process and did everything correctly to the point my attorney complimented me on my diligence, but they still refused to pay. I asked them how they expected me to get home in that situation and they couldn't give me an answer. The US health insurance and healthcare industry is a mess these days.

I got anxiety just from watching the video, I can only imagine actually riding it like he did.

I can tell you from experience Lion's Gate Hospital in North Vancouver is about 2 hours from Whistler by ambulance.

My home trails are mostly adequate at best. Every year I come home from my Whistler trip I dread riding them and usually completely stop going to the local bike parks.

A resort has hotels, restaurants and supporting business. Sounds like this is just a shuttle supported trail system, sounds like a recreational area to me. People just hate when other people have fun that they don't like.
