Michelin Explains the Tech Differences Between Racing Line & Performance Line Tires
Brother, Michelin was doing wordy press releases before AI was cool. If they used AI at all, the first thing it should do is clean up their website navigation.

Pinkbike Poll: What Would it Take For YOU to Ride the Hardline Tasmania Course?
Having ridden Maydena regularly, and seen the Hardline course in person/ridden past it/closely inspected the features, each single feature is absolutely insane. The new start gate drop in person has the nastiest landing zone I've ever seen for a feature that size, loose off camber, slight corner, with trees either side. The steepness of the rock garden is unappreciated The 100m or so before the ladder drop is highly technical, and then the size of the drop itself is something you wouldn't think is possible for a bike to survive. The highway section is the only part I stupidly thought I'd theoretically be able to have a crack it, only to see in person that those "small jumps" they're becoming low flying to clear, are about 30ft gap jumps with absolutely no forgiveness in them if you don't have the speed, while making high speed corners and pumping the whole time. Container drop and shark fin are what they are, absolutely huge in person. Regular Joe rides Maydena, even on the steepest tracks, you wind your way down the mountain. Hardline rides Maydena, it's a direct route, straight line from top to bottom. There is nothing in this world that would make me ride that track, and I love Maydena's double blacks and reds. Respect to everyone who makes a single feature, there was a 40% attrition rate for a reason from practice to finals last year.
