TerminusAvid

For a variety of reasons I haven't ridden much at all in the last two and half years. In that time I found the love of my life, got married, bought a new house, finished graduate school, and started a career at General Electric as an engineer. The pull to get riding again was stronger than ever this last year and to my amazement there was a 2013 Trek Slash 9 under the Christmas tree this last year (thanks for my wonderful wife)! So now I sit in my office looking at my new bike and day dream about riding once the snow is gone!

Indeed, very sick! You should be very proud of yourself, especially after all those years of wanting to stick it!

Leatt DBX III Neck Brace Medium Black/Black Brand New!

$140 USD
UPDATE #2: Price reduction from $190 to $150 and now I'll sell for $140 with shipping included (within the CONUS)! I purchased this Leatt DBX III Neck Brace brand new from Highland Mountain Bike Park back in 2014 with every intention to actually use it. However within days of getting it I sold my bike and the unused brace has been collecting dust in my gear bag ever since! The plan was to keep it until I got another bike and could start riding again, however I need the funds more than I need an unused neck brace at the moment! Again the brace has never been used (accept in front of the mirror to check out how cool I looked), lol! It will come with all retail accessories included, everything you would have if you bought it brand new (box, straps, owners manual, all sizing hardware, allen wrench, and of course the actual brace). I live in the seacoast area of New Hampshire and I'll happily drive upwards of an hour to meet for a local pick up (cash only please for local pick up). I will also happily ship the brace out and pay half the shipping cost within the CONUS (Continental United States). I will also consider selling/shipping to Canada but buyer would have to take full responsibility for any and all taxes, VATs, Duties, etc.... I would prefer payment via PayPal because its safe and simple but I'm open to alternate forms of payment (like USPS Money Orders, Google Checkout, etc...). If you have any questions please feel free to message me here, call, or text message. I will do my best to reply ASAP! Thanks for looking and ride safe! PS: I should add that I've bought and sold many items over the years without any problem and can be considered a trusted trader!

Tell me about it, I'm 37 and in the same boat! With that said however I'm still motivated to push it and get better, especially after watching an edit like that! Keep it up, we're not too old, lol!

A while back I actually converted my Remedy 8 from the stock Fox DRCV air shock to a coil setup because I was looking for a more linear feel. In any case the conversion went great and beyond my time it cost very little (was able to sell the stock shock to help). Granted its not a Slash but the process should be very similar, check out my conversion photos, html>body>a href="http://www.pinkbike.com/u/terminusavid/album/Air-To-Coil-Conversion/">Click HERE/a>/body>/html>
