Pinkbike Poll: Do Your Hands or Arms Hurt When You Ride?
I get quite a bit of arm pump on long downhill runs, recently got a set of those joe breeden "get a grip" bar end thingys for well below rrp. Genuinely a huge difference. Would get them on my next bike too (probably would have ago at making them myself first instead of paying the 65 odd quid for a bit of rubber)
