SRAM Maven Brake Review: The Current Benchmark for Accessible Power
If the setup procedure includes tightening all caliper bolts to spec I’m out.
And if I read piston massage one more time…are people seriously accepting this sh!t ?

This User-Refillable Oil-Filled Fork Seal Could Improve the Sensitivity of Any Fork
@crockpot2001: funnily these seals are the equivalent of ozempic for bikes.
Why ride usd when I can instead inject stuff somewhere that makes me forget the root of my problem.
And let e-bikes out of your rant. I like my jiggly belly.

How Did an Unreleased Next-Generation RockShox Boxxer End Up on eBay?
Maybe SRAM is finally becoming cautious and doesn’t want to be held responsible for using customers as guinea pigs for their new releases.
“You want our sketchy new products? Go find them sketchy sellers on eBay. That’s part of the experience. Live the ride.”

Propain Sresh SL Review: A Mid-Power eMTB That Doesn’t Ride Like a Tank
Are those brakes already made in Poland under DTs roof? Would be sad to see them go down…
Because I’ve never heard or experienced any problems with the og ones. My bikes are always stored vertically and the Trickstuffs are virtually maintenance free.
The only problem I know of is the use of stiff discs with spiders in flexy frames. When cornering hard the disc can push the pads offset and the brake will rub until adjusted again.
Annoying but that’s the price for correctly adjusting pistons. I’ll take that over any problem that almost every other brake in the last decade have.

Life Time Bans Drop Bars from the Leadville Trail 100 & Little Sugar MTB Races
Read only „lifetime ban on drop bars“. Without any context I support the idea. They will have reasons.

Jessie-May's Predictions for 2026
Don’t wait for the Podium SL. Just get an Intend fork. It doesn’t get any better than that. The out of the box performance is peerless in the bike industry. It is exactly what you want but even lighter.
The pricing (at least in Europe) for the quality is absolutely justified.
Weights seem irritatingly light. Yes, torsional flex happens, so what? I personally really don’t get why it is a hot topic.
The increased fore aft stiffness outweighs it and will make your bike feel more predictable and solid.
Cannot recommend them enough.
