Video: Top 3 Slopestyle Runs from Crankworx Rotorua 2022
Trick by trick Emil deserved the win: 360 tuck > flatdrop BF 450 whip to inward table = 450 double tw oppo truck to double downside >> double bf tuck NH BS on to downside TW off > double downside tw gap Sui up to 3 down oppo whip up to 3 down nosebonk table = nosebonk tobbogan Massive tobbogan 3 > massive 3 oppo 3 bar to bar = double BF (arguably Emil here too, just not as flashy) 360 triple whip >>> BF double tw Emil wins on tech, variety, & style (& amplitude arguably)

Pinkbike Poll: Who is the Red Bull Rampage Pinkbike's Choice Winner?
Easily best style. But the difficulty of his tricks are not high, unfortunately.

Pinkbike Poll: Who is the Red Bull Rampage Pinkbike's Choice Winner?
It's funny because the same people who complain about the single crown are the ones failing to mention that the gnarliest chute on the day was ridden by one ... and it started with a damn caveman for crying out loud. So gnarly. Gotta disagree though, Rheeder's run was the top. I'm thinking a lot of people aren't realizing how gnarly it was because he didn't even have so much as a bobble. The flat drop flip-can was way bigger than I initially thought (needed to rewatch it to notice).

Pinkbike Poll: Who is the Red Bull Rampage Pinkbike's Choice Winner?
@only26: No high-risk sections. Just pure freeride on some of the smaller features at the venue (top section was so sick, but nothing mind blowing). I loved watching it, but in a competition that rewards risks, he just didn't have that aspect.

Pinkbike Poll: Who is the Red Bull Rampage Pinkbike's Choice Winner?
So ya sure that first part makes sense, but to say Rheeder didn't risk his entire run about 12x would just be wrong. Symon's 360 into the canyon run-in was gnarly, no doubt. Rheeder's 50' flat drop flip-can straight into 50' step up tail-whip was both a) more gnarly & b) more difficult. Sounds like you're trying to penailze the guy for making everything look too easy. At first I thought "wow Symon kinda got robbed". Then I rewatched the runs a few times and I agree with the scoring, and actually put Semenuk's run ahead of Symon's (caveman into gnarliest chute at the venue, barspin on massive hip-gap, flat drop tailwhip, etc.).

[Updated] Video Round Up: Finals Highlights, POVs & More from Red Bull Rampage 2022
@leon-forfar: I think some people just get mad for the sake of it. Semenuk not only rode one of the gnarliest chutes (which I think it true classic OG Rampage, or whatever people arguing against single-crowns say) on his single crown, he Caveman'd into it. How can people argue against single-crowns if the most bad@ss move was thrown out on a single crown? Never mind the fast, long, drops that have been tail-whipped the past two years. Those are arguably way higher consequence than any of these canyon gaps.

[Updated] Video Round Up: Finals Highlights, POVs & More from Red Bull Rampage 2022
@draggingbrake: Rheeder also did a 3, and then he did another one his oppo way. As toast is saying here, the massive flat drop backflip one-foot-can to the massive step-up tailwhip is miles more difficult than Godziek's trick combo. I loved Symon's run just as much as the next guy, but Rheeder's was just better. It's that simple and it's certainly not a knock on Symon.

Video: Winning POV from Red Bull Hardline 2022
I'm as big of a Jackson fan as anyone, but we gotta pump the brakes a bit here. Yes, he smoked everyone in this race and that was so damn sick, but next year he'll be racing against 5-10 guys better than BK every race. If he wins once next year that would be huge. Look how long it took Finn to get one.

Results: Myriam Nicole & Antoine Vidal Win the 2022 French National DH Championships
@noox: I think it has to do with the speeds at which they cross the line. Ski racers will frequently trip the finish beam upwards of 100km/h which would cause the margin for error to be larger.
