@hjulier: I run that on my hardtail. It’s incredible and has plenty of range.

May 22, 2011Kona Dawg - 15" (small) - Pampered
$1000 CADI'm pretty sure my wife used this to kill ants in the driveway. It hasn't been used much. Maybe about 8-10 rides a year. It's been pampered, has the typical chain derailment scratches and is otherwise in perfect shape. She wasn't planning to sell it, but received a new bike this spring (good husband) and now the Kona needs a good home.
Here's the specs:
Purchased new in July of 2005 at Cove Bikes in North Vancouver.
15" aluminum frame (Kona calls this their "small" frame)
5" travel front and rear
Marzocchi EXR Pro front fork
Fox Float R rear shock with adjustment
Raceface XC cranks & bottom bracket
Shimano Deore XT rear derailer & shifters
Shimano Deore front derailer & shifters
Hayes 9 hydraulic discs front & rear
Cane Creek headset
Truvativ seatpost & bars
SunRims DS2-XC rims with Shimano hubs
Specialized Pro 2.0 rear tire (tubed) & Panaracer Fire XC Pro 2.1 front (tubed)
Bike weighs 13.834Kg (30.5 lbs)
