Almost in my 40s, so not exactly old, and need to run 30mm of spacers and 50-60mm riser bars to get comfy, and that’s on relatively long reach bikes. I think a ratio of leg length to torso length, or arm to torso or whatever should be studied. I’m built like a 4-year-old’s drawing of what a person looks like from memory.

Why would you not check tire pressure every couple of weeks? Pretty normal for tires to drop several psi over a week or two. Do you not get tire squirm and rim damage? Or perhaps you’re already running a random psi and aren’t worrying about it because it’s already high?
