Video: WILD Street Riding from Niklas Tilk
I remember when it was called Urban Assault/Freeride... absolutely my favorite kind of riding. Doesnt really matter the type of bike, just as long as it is capable of, and can survive the riding. Big hucks to flat, stair gaps, any long surface is a manny-pad... basically street bmx but the suspension and bigger wheels just unlocked some more things like steeper stair trannies and not needing to make plywood runups on damp grass. So much nostalgia. I'd give anything to have an Evil Imperial... guys would throw SuperMonsters (I think, the 300mm forks) on them, wild times. I would just put Fox 40s on it, and run it 24/26 with hookworms. One can dream.
