5 New SPD Trail & DH Pedals Tested: Can Anyone Beat Shimano?
100% agree, a platform around a clip is just asking for drama. If you need extra support wear stiff sole cleats.

Velouria Cycles Releases Even Flow Full-Suspension Titanium Bike
@Tambo: Safe bet there is the same amount of man hours in the rocker as the rest of the bike. All the tubes in the rocker are also oval/formed to maximize their perch on the bearing bosses. Pretty clean work here.

Velouria Cycles Releases Even Flow Full-Suspension Titanium Bike
Of all the parts on the bike the rocker makes the least sense to fabricate, it has the most critical tolerances. Now even more odd especially when every other junction component of the frame is 3d printed. It is a bad ass part though. Makes me think the rocker is a flex from the fabricator, they chose not to 3d print it to showcase a bit more skill.
