personally i think that backflips are easier then a 360 you just have to keep looking back because if you stop looking back you wont turn, i learned them into a foem pit and once i could land them everytime i did one to dirt and landed it perfect but it hurts like a bitch when you over rotate. you have to have confidence in yourself first though.
