Pinkbiker's seem to hate everything new, even when they don't have to have it. I feel like these same people would have been complaining 25 years ago when disc brakes went from cable to hydraulic etc. " we don't need this! my brakes work fine, what is the point of mountain biking if it has brakes like a motorbike"

Pinkbike Poll: What Are Your Must-Have Features On a New Mountain Bike?

Simple, if you cant afford it don't buy it. there is plenty of used bikes out there. Or if you think that is way too much money maybe try building your own and see where that gets you. People seem to forget how much work company's put in just to produce these parts and tech, as a business owner darn rights id be charging for it too.
