$200 USDRebuilt by the factory. It came stock on my SJ Evo and on first ride I noticed air in the damper. Sent it in under warranty. It's been a backup spare and haven't mounted or ridden it since. I checked it out on my hand dyno. Compression and rebound knobs function as expected, no slurping sounds/air in the damping oil. Upper mountkng hw for SJ Evo and lower du bushing installed & included.

@h8terbike999: Effective seat angle is measured from the BB to the top of the seat tube. TR I think estimates a rough saddle height and uses that for their measurement. What you see on the physical frame is the actual seat angle. That's why people comment on actual vs effective seat angles because with more offset, the higher the saddle, the slacker the actual angle gets relative to the BB.

No, the air provides the spring to extend the post. The oil inside acts like locking out your fork. When you activate a dropper, mechanical or electronic, you're opening a path for that oil to flow when you sit on the saddle. When you release the actuator, the oil path closes and the dropper is locked out again. So to answer your question, if you let the air out, you would still have no way to actuate the oil flow gate and you would still not be able to change the saddle's height.
